This is a paradise place located on the Guajira peninsula, the point further north of South America. Its wonderful culture and natural landscapes make this place one of the most spectacular natural attractions in the world. Ideally if you want a complete immersion in an indigenous culture, here the Wayuu live their culture, far from society in the midst of a wonderful desert facing the Caribbean Sea and shows the greatness of this world.
A unique tour is also carried out between mangroves where they will have the opportunity to appreciate different species of native and migratory birds such as pink flamingos

Route route:
Day 1: Santa Marta – Riohacha – Manaure – Cabo de la Vela
- Departure 6:00 a.m. from your hotel by tourist vehicle for approximately 3 hours passing through Palomino and Riohacha.
- Typical breakfast, 1.5 hours from Riohacha to Uribla.
- Tour by car 20 minutes to Manaure (salt collection process).
- Desert of the Auyama, San Martín or Puerto Bolívar and Cabo de la Vela.
- Lunch in the Wayuu.
- Visit the sugar pylon, sunset in the lighthouse.
- Wayuu dinner.
- Nerque night.
Day 2: Return to Santa Marta
- Sunrise at the lighthouse, breakfast 8:00 a.m.
- Departure around 9:00 am to Riohacha where we will visit the Malecón and have the opportunity to buy typical handicrafts of the region, after lunch we will leave for the park of the flamencos where you can discover different birds that live in this place.
- 4:00 p.m. back to your hotel in Santa Marta.
